Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop engineering designs, drawings, and layouts based on project requirements
- Prepare and review technical plans, specifications, and calculations
- Coordinate with production, sales, and other departments to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
- Assist in product development, improvement, and modification
- Ensure all designs comply with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Provide technical support and solutions for design-related issues
- Use design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools
- Prepare reports and documentation related to design projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related course)
- Basic knowledge of engineering design principles
- Proficient or familiar with AutoCAD and other design software
- Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
