- Field Excellence & Hands-On Insight: Conduct site inspections and provide practical support to ensure seamless construction and design implementation
- Collaborative Innovation: Work across disciplines to create holistic, forward-thinking solutions that drive engineering excellence
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in a design engineering role preferably in design of structures in commercial and critical infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired
- PE or SE desired or plan to obtain within the next 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, Word and Excel
- Minimum basic level of proficiency in CAD software
- ETABS software experience strongly preferred
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
- Ability to be a lead responsible engineer for a project involving multi-discipline work
- Must be able to climb ladders and/or stairs at client sites
- Ability to travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs
