This job is part of the Design function. They are responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning
applications for internal and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare prints of various original plans and records for internal and external agency use. Review updated
- Gather data to complete complex drawings by visiting the site directly. Conduct surveys of space and prepare detailed reports.
- Verify the development of maps and drawings that are spatially accurate and technically correct.
- Point of contact for internal and external partners to obtain details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes.
- Collect on-site information and store it electronically to maintain current building conditions and data.
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
- Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
- Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma or College Degree with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Excellent English skills (written & verbal) and the ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
