Key Responsibilities
Leads, manages, and develops VDC professionals to deliver high-quality modeling, coordination, and planning services across multiple projects.
Oversees project-specific VDC strategy, ensuring consistency in execution, deliverable quality, and alignment with organizational standards.
Partners with project managers, design teams, and field operations to ensure VDC processes optimize constructability, safety, and efficiency.
Reviews and validates VDC resource planning, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project and client goals.
Guides teams in identifying and mitigating risks related to coordination, model accuracy, or cross-functional data integration.
Promotes process improvement by standardizing VDC tools, templates, and procedures to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Coaches and mentors VDC Engineers and Senior VDC Engineers, fostering technical and professional growth across the team.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
6–8 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or digital construction required.
1–2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
Certifications And Licenses
