VALVE DESIGN ENGINEER

A Valve Design Engineer plays a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of valves used across various industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, food processing, water management, and HVAC systems. Design and Development

• Conducting research to understand client requirements and industry standards.
• Creating detailed GATE, GLOBE, BALL, CHECK, BUTTERFLY valve designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Developing prototypes and conducting simulations to validate performance.
• Ensuring the manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of valve designs.

• Performing stress, thermal, and flow analysis to ensure valve reliability.
• Testing valve prototypes under real-world conditions to ensure functionality and durability.
• Analyzing test results and incorporating feedback into designs.

• Managing design projects from conception to completion within deadlines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing.
• Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Staying updated with emerging technologies and materials.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation to enhance valve performance.
• Implementing improvements in existing products based on market trends and customer feedback.

Educational Background

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred, especially in specialized areas like fluid dynamics or material science.
