- Conducting technical analysis of projects received from the sales and marketing teams, and perform system design using AutoCAD, Logical and similar software
- Carring out static analysis and calculations to determine appropriate aluminum profile selections
- Analyzing customer needs and offer customized system solutions; take part in the preparation of technical proposals
- Accurately entering project details into the CRM system and monitor project progress digitally
- Maintaining post-purchase customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Responding to technical support requests from internal and external customers (dealers, end users, business partners) via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Informing and coordinating with the sales departments for large-scale projects
- Providing technical support on-site (construction areas) when necessary and offer practical solutions
- Ensuring that technical documentation, drawings, and details are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Ability to work in an organized and responsible manner
- Capability to understand system processes and apply them accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Holistic customer approach: Ability to identify and understand customer needs accurately, respond to those needs effectively, and manage expectations accordingly
- Knowledge of architectural systems and design principles
- Preferred work experience in a company within the industry and/or in sales-oriented organizations
- Experience in a structured corporate sales department is considered an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent command of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and MS Office applications
