We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our team. You will partner with HR, Recruitment, Workforce Operations, Labor, Technology, and Engineering teams to translate complex business needs into clear priorities and delivery-ready requirements. The ideal candidate can quickly step into active work, navigate demanding operational needs, and drive initiatives through refinement, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize backlogs for assigned initiatives, enhancements, and operational needs.
- Translate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support capabilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, visa acquisition, and workforce administration.
- Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end candidate and Crew Member journeys, including handoffs, exceptions, and required actions.
- Support the ongoing enhancement and upkeep of candidate and Crew Member portals.
- Define requirements for data transmission across Workday and other upstream and downstream systems.
- Partner with Engineering to refine requirements, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery readiness.
- Lead backlog refinement, product decision-making, release planning, and implementation support.
- Support testing, user validation, deployment readiness, communications, and post-launch stabilization.
- Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into priorities, scope, risks, decisions, and delivery progress.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve requirements, documentation, testing support, and delivery efficiency.
- 3 or more years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting HR, recruitment, onboarding, workforce management, employee lifecycle, or operational technology.
- Strong requirements, process analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience with complex workflows, employment documentation, compliance processes, data integrations, or employee-facing portals.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR and workforce platforms is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Flowable, or similar delivery tools is helpful.
- Experience supporting global workforce, visa, immigration, maritime, travel, or related processes is helpful but not required.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
