Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead Consultant with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Fast Formula development, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reporting, and OTBI reporting across Oracle HCM modules. The role requires hands-on experience supporting Core HCM business processes with a good functional understanding of Absence Management and Compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.

Develop, customize, and maintain Fast Formulas across HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, and Compensation.

Design and support HCM Extracts for reporting, integrations, and outbound data requirements.

Develop, customize, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, including data models, layouts, bursting, and report delivery.

Create and enhance OTBI Reports, Dashboards, Analyses, and Subject Area Queries to meet business reporting requirements.

Work closely with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, and OTBI Reports.

Support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production activities.

Prepare technical design documents, unit test results, deployment documentation, and support knowledge transfer activities.

Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and perform impact analysis and remediation as required.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

6+ Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, enhancements, or AMS engagements.

Exposure to HCM integrations, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.

Required Skills:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical development.

Strong expertise in:

Fast Formula Development and Customization

HCM Extract Development and Customization

BI Publisher (BIP) Reports

OTBI Reports and Dashboards

Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and technical components.

Functional business process knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.

Min/Required Qualification:

10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is CAD $93,979 - $181362. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
