BI Developer/Analyst

What You'll do: - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring usability, accuracy, and performance. - Build and optimize data models and DAX measures according to business requirements. - Develop SQL queries and support data extraction, transformation, and validation. - Contribute to Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality and consistency. - Translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and actionable insights. - Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective BI solutions. - Optimize BI solutions and reporting performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. - Document data models, KPIs, and BI solutions following established standards. Who You Are: - Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent. - 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar. - Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modelling. - Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a business-oriented mindset. - Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with Cloud data platforms and Power BI certification is a plus. - Advanced English and Spanish is a plus.
