Senior Business Central Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, able to translate business requirements into efficient system solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior consultants in implementing Business Central ERP solutions for clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and optimize financial and operational processes.
• Provide guidance on all modules within Business Central with specific focus on UK Construction Industry practices
• Should have a knack for engaging in conversations for data gathering and process understanding.
• Provide 2nd line support post Go live
• Assist in system configuration.
• Participate in training sessions to develop ERP expertise.
• Work on data entry, report generation, and system testing.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance ERP capabilities and align with business growth objectives

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with min 5 years of work experience in Business Central ERP either as an end user or as a systems implementation expert
• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP in diverse industries.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn ERP implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize ERP workflows.
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and manage project expectations.
• Knowledge of Construction Industry is a Plus
• Good presentation skills and experience of presentation with senior management will be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Well versed with MS office
• Experience in SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
• Working knowledge of Jet reporting, Power BI will be advantageous but not essential
