Senior Consultant – Implementation

Lead end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations and upgrades for banks worldwide, delivering clean, on-time projects that turn core banking into a strategic asset. You will guide clients from requirements gathering through go-live, ensuring seamless deployments, upgrades, and integrations that meet banking needs for speed, compliance, and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking implementations.
• Guide clients from requirements to go-live, including gap analysis and configuration.
• Oversee version upgrades and clean data migrations.
• Design integrations for payments, lending, and third-party systems.
• Manage testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Mentor team members and maintain delivery quality.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years in core banking implementations; 5+ years on Oracle FLEXCUBE (v12+).
• Leadership on full-lifecycle retail, corporate, or universal banking projects.
• Strong PL/SQL, SQL, Java/J2EE skills and FLEXCUBE architecture knowledge.
• Experience with migrations, integrations, and regulatory modules.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT; Oracle certifications preferred.
