Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and value creation. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also entails supporting transformational initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation phases to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes and systems. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and promote a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable business solutions using SAP Extended Warehouse Management. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Familiarity with process modeling and business process reengineering techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
