ERP Solution Architect

The Functional Solution Architect provides sales support and delivery leadership across the Customer engagement lifecycle, leveraging Industry and Implementation best practices, enabling Customer Success through the delivery of end-to-end solution designs that realize intended business outcomes and value

Essential Duties
・
Provide solution architecture expertise in the Sales Process, leading Info/Engage phase as appropriate.
・
Assessing the process capabilities fit and providing input to the industry solution scope.
・
Ensuring the solution scope and end-to-end architecture design are fully aligned with the Customer's business outcomes and roadmap (lead the Design Authority)
・
Support Advanced Services innovation agenda by leading Innovation workshops & identifying use cases
・
Drive continuous improvement of methods, industry best practices, processes and solutions/products
・
Best Practice knowledge sharing and active participation in relevant Industry Communities of Practice
・
Continually drive own Personal Development journey through both enablement programs and through experience - will have graduated from Professional level of Architect Academy

Basic Qualifications
・
5 years of relevant project delivery experience as an ERP consultant.
・
2-3 years of relevant ERP solution architecture or ERP lead consultant experience across process, data, application and technology.
・
Advanced knowledge of a structured Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect framework, methodology and practices.
・
Proven ability to design and lead as a solution architect across process, data, application and technology simultaneously
・
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・
Project experiences working with a global members communicating in English.
