Technical Consultant - Architect Opportunity

We are working with our client, a trusted digital transformation partner, who is looking to add a Technical Consultant / Architect to our client's team. In this role, you will guide customers end-to-end, (from strategy and solution planning through implementation, deployment, and adoption), and will be focused on delivering measurable business outcomes rather than simply implementing technology.

Key Skills and Experience

• Architecture & Solution Design - Lead the design of Enterprise solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Transformation Strategy & Change Design - Support business transformation planning, operating model design, governance, roadmap development, AI transformation initiatives, and proof-of-concept work.
• Project Execution & Delivery - Drive project management, requirements gathering, solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and release management using agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Governance & Optimization - Contribute to Center of Excellence setup, design authority governance, architecture reviews, platform health assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Engage executives, build consensus, and collaborate across diverse organizations, with at least three years in a leadership capacity.
• AI-Native Ways of Working - Embrace AI-driven methods, (data, analytics, or agent-based technologies), to enhance consulting and delivery productivity.
• Critical Thinking & Adaptability - Rapidly learn new business processes and technologies while maintaining a growth mindset within complex transformation programmes.
