AI Solution Architect - Autonomous IT Operations

TCS Cloud Unit is looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role requires expertise in leading AI platforms and hands-on experience in IT operations, combined with the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions for IT Operations (AIOps) using cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, agentic frameworks, and industry-leading platforms like Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, Gemini, and others.

The AI Solution Architect – IT Operations is responsible for designing, architecting, and enabling AI-driven solutions across enterprise IT Operations, including Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, Network, End User Services, and Observability platforms.

This role bridges business requirements, AI platforms, and IT operations execution, delivering scalable, platform-agnostic solutions leveraging both off-the-shelf AI platforms and custom-built architectures.

This position also plays a key role in RFP solutioning, customer engagements, demos, and ecosystem collaboration, ensuring solutions are aligned with business value, operational efficiency, and future-ready AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in IT Operations / ITSM / Infrastructure / Application Support
• 4–5 years’ experience in AI/GenAI/AIOps solutioning or architecture
• Proven experience across multi-tower IT operations Service Desk, Infra, Cloud, Network, EUC
• Strong knowledge of: ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / Observability concepts, AIOps, GenAI, and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with one or more: ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/Now Assist), Cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS, GCP), Observability platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
• Experience in API integration, microservices, event-driven architecture, Data platforms (Databricks, telemetry pipelines)
• Proficiency in polyglot development Python (AI/ML, automation), Java / Node.js (enterprise integrations)
• Experience with Prompt engineering / LLM integration, AI pipelines and model orchestration
• Strong experience in RFP responses and solutioning, Client presentations and architecture defense
• Ability to Translate technical solutions into business outcomes, Define KPIs (MTTR, ticket deflection, automation coverage)
• Experience with Agentic AI platforms / multi-agent systems, Knowledge graphs / ontology-based architectures
• Open to travel up to 50%
