Short Description:  

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/WM Consultant to join a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program in Taiwan. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) solutions while supporting business process transformation and data migration activities. Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) will have added advantages.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM and WM workstreams for ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design S/4HANA solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configure and support SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, master material, vendor management, and invoice verification.
• Configure and support SAP WM processes including warehouse structure, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and physical inventory management.
• Support data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, Basis, and technical teams) to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user training materials, and project documentation.
• Lead workshops, provide solution recommendations, and engage with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to leverage SAP S/4HANA best practices and process improvements.
• Support WM to EWM transition initiatives where applicable and drive warehouse process optimization.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Procurement and Warehouse Management business processes.
• Expertise in SAP MM and SAP WM configuration.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversion, system implementation, or rollout projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in global and multicultural project environments.
• Ability to independently lead workshops and drive solution discussions.
• SAP EWM / WM/ MM / Ariba certifications will be a big plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in SAP Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Physical Inventory, Batch Management, Material Master Data.
• 8+ years of SAP MM functional consulting experience.
• 4+ years of SAP WM experience.
• Minimum one end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion project experience.
• Experience preparing Functional Specifications, Solution Design Documents, Test Scripts, and Training Documents.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Experience in WM to EWM migration or S/4HANA Embedded EWM implementation.
• Knowledge of:

• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification.
• SAP EWM certification.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and SAP Activate methodology.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, Logistics, or Distribution industries.
• Mandarin language proficiency for interaction with local stakeholders in Taiwan.

• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Intelligent Enterprise concepts.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and third-party warehouse systems.
• Experience in global delivery and offshore-onsite engagement models.
