Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
2. Work with business units to understand business processes and requirements, and translate them into practical system solutions and SA/SD specifications.
3. System Architecture & Integration
4. Design application architecture, databases, APIs, and cross-system integrations, while assessing technical feasibility, impact, and risks.
5. Technical Delivery & Quality Assurance
6. Collaborate with internal development teams and vendors, conduct technical design and code reviews, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of enterprise application or software development experience with a solid technical background.
2. Experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, or SA/SD, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
3. Ability to independently assess technical feasibility and translate business requirements into executable system solutions.
4. Good command of English.

Technical Skills

1. Proficient in application architecture, database design, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
2. Hands-on experience with code review, design patterns, refactoring, Git, and CI/CD.

Nice to Have

1. Experience in Cloud, DevOps, information security, or enterprise AI applications is a plus.
