Cloud Delivery Architect

About This Role

We help enterprise clients drive cloud transformations, offering end-to-end services including On-Premises/Cloud-to-Cloud Migrations, Landing Zone implementations, Enterprise Cloud Governance (GRC), and 7x24 MSP managed operations.

As a Cloud Delivery Architect, you will be responsible for technical execution and project delivery. The role allocation consists of 30% collaborating with SA and Pre-Sales teams on requirement scoping and PoC validation, and 70% executing independent project delivery and architecture deployment. We are looking for candidates with solid computer science fundamentals who thrive in adaptable project environments and can drive deliverables independently.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Architecture Implementation
• Day 0 & Day 1 Operations: Lead AWS cloud architecture deployments and Landing Zone implementations. Execute On-Prem to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud, and service migration projects.
• Governance & Compliance: Implement cloud governance, risk management, and security compliance standards based on client requirements.
• Day 2 MSP Operations: Support 7x24 high-availability managed operations (L3 Escalation). Design automated monitoring and alerting mechanisms to maintain SLA/SLO targets.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Monitor and adjust cloud resource sizing to maintain cost and performance efficiency.
• SA Collaboration & PoC Validation
• Partner with Solutions Architects to clarify early-stage client requirements and translate them into executable technical plans.
• Design and implement Proof-of-Concept (PoC) builds to evaluate technical feasibility and identify potential risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, including architecture design, migration, and system administration.
• Strong autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and structure them into actionable project plans.
• Solid CS fundamentals—proficient in network architecture (TCP/IP, VPC Routing), Linux internals, Zero Trust, IAM, and KMS concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis (RCA).
• Hands-on proficiency with Terraform or equivalent IaC tools; experience applying AI Agents to support development and troubleshooting workflows.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to handle varied project scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience executing enterprise On-Premises to AWS Cloud Migration projects is strongly preferred.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 27001 (ISMS) or ISO 27701 (PIMS) compliance frameworks and implementation.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or DevOps Engineer - Professional certification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with deployment, migration, or governance on Microsoft Azure or GCP.
• Business and project management awareness to manage delivery timelines and technical quality independently.
