The Role

• Drive strategic adoption of a leading AI assistant across Tier-1 partners, shaping the future of Generative AI integrations at scale.

• Provide technical consultation to key development partners and manage relationships with senior customer leadership.

• Lead complex projects with cross-team impact, identifying future trends and product gaps.

• Develop reusable architectural frameworks to accelerate adoption and establish best practices for the broader solutions architect community.

• Translate complex technical concepts into business value for senior leaders and help partners identify innovative applications for AI capabilities.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or data analytics.

• Proven success in leading large-scale cloud architectural implementations.

• Experience communicating technical and non-technical information to executive stakeholders.

• Deep technical expertise combined with strong leadership abilities to drive cross-team change.

• Experience designing and shipping LLM-powered features in production systems, with an emphasis on system architecture.

• A strong product mindset and the ability to influence product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
