Role Description:
The Senior Solutions Architect will design and deliver scalable solutions that leverage FalkorDB for enterprise and advanced AI use cases. In this full-time hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the architect will work closely with customers and internal teams, with flexibility to work from home part of the time.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client requirements, defining solution architectures, creating reference implementations, and guiding integration with existing systems and data pipelines. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering on feature requirements, providing technical leadership in customer engagements, and developing documentation and best practices.
The architect will also support pre-sales activities, conduct technical workshops, and help ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization for FalkorDB customers.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture, including designing distributed systems, data-intensive applications, and cloud-native architectures.
- Background in Consulting or customer-facing technical roles, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on Software Development skills in modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or similar), with experience building and debugging production systems.
- Expertise in Integration, including APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and connecting databases and AI/ML systems within complex enterprise environments.
- Understanding of Business Process mapping and optimization, with the ability to align solutions to operational workflows and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with graph databases, knowledge graphs, or GraphRAG, and familiarity with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in the San Francisco Bay Area, collaborating across distributed teams.
