What You’ll Lead
As the Director of Information Systems, you will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of our internal technology landscape. You’ll guide a talented team across CloudOps and IT, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, integrated, and aligned with business goals. You’ll partner with leaders across Product, Legal, Security, and Operations to modernize processes, strengthen data governance, and accelerate our digital transformation.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building systems that empower people, streamline operations, and unlock new levels of efficiency and insight. This position is a hybrid role that must commute to the Gilbertsville, PA office 2-3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward‑looking IT & Information Systems strategy aligned with company objectives
- Oversee enterprise systems, data governance, and cross‑department integrations
- Lead cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, MIPA, etc.)
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and cloud‑native operations
- Partner with software development teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments
- Drive automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Build and mentor a high‑performing IT & IS team
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments
- Collaborate with executives to align technology, analytics, and business intelligence
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven leadership experience across IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architectures
- Strong understanding of data governance, BI tools, and analytics strategies
- Experience leading digital transformation and automation initiatives
- Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, CIPP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
- A strategic mindset paired with hands‑on technical depth
- Influence the technology strategy of a global industry leader
