GyanSys is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the IT activities for a new warehouse implementation.


IT Project Manager – Warehouse Implementation

Location: Gloucester, MA

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Duration: Long Term (1–2 Years)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with SAP, Infrastructure, Business, Vendors, and delivery partners.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage project budget and financials.
  • Track project phases and deliverables.
  • Prepare project status reports for PMO and leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support project planning, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing SAP projects.
  • Exposure to warehouse/logistics projects and automation.
  • Strong experience in budget and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Onsite availability in Gloucester, MA.
