Responsibilities
In this role, you will analyze the relationships between processes, systems, data, and infrastructure components to deliver optimal solutions to business requirements, and design, build, and operate IT solutions.
■ Requirements Analysis
- Analyzing field requirements in the Procurement/Material Mgt. domain and determine implementation feasibility considering business efficiency
- Assessing the usability of existing resources by verifying related processes and system implementation status
- Reviewing and selecting solutions (deciding on 'Buy vs. Build' and determine PoC execution)
- Designing application architecture and detailed functions
- Performing ERP solution configuration, write program development specifications, and conduct testing
- Executing data migration, cut-over, and stabilization immediately after go-live
- Managing changes for new requirements arising during operation
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP system planning, construction, and operation (including at least 5 years of experience specifically in the SAP MM module)
- Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
- Experience in full-cycle participation as a PP module consultant in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects
- In-depth understanding of SAP PP standard processes, functions, and configuration
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Master's degree or above in Production Management, SCM, or MIS
- Experience in working at global consulting firms or consulting organizations within large enterprises, and performing ERP assessments (ISP/PMI)
- Experience in purchasing, materials, logistics, and cost domains, as well as SAP ERP MM implementation/operations or related system integration
- Experience in serving as PM, IM, or PMO in PI/ERP projects and holding relevant solution certifications
