The Opportunity
As a Financial Risk & Markets - Sales & Trading Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing their internal controls, and mitigating risks effectively. Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions that help organizations navigate these challenges. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic direction and business development efforts within the Sales & Trading Operations sector
- Overseeing multiple projects to maintain regulatory compliance and manage risks for clients
- Providing guidance on compliance strategies and navigating complex regulatory landscapes
- Translating vision into actionable plans and inspiring teams to achieve business growth
- Mentoring the next generation of leaders and cultivating their potential
- Promoting technological advances to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in regulatory risk compliance
- Balancing long-term and short-term thinking to make strategic choices and drive change
- Adhering to and enforcing professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
