National Contract Logistics IT Implementation Manager

As an IT Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions within Contract Logistics. You will translate complex business and operational requirements into scalable, standards-aligned designs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with the global architecture. Working closely with stakeholders, you will oversee the full solution lifecycle — from requirements analysis and design through testing, deployment, and optimization — driving efficiency, innovation, and long-term stability.
How you create impact
- Analyse operational and business requirements and translate them into WMS solution concepts;
- Facilitate workshops with operations, business, and IT stakeholders to validate needs and secure alignment;
- Contribute to solution design activities including process flows, data flows, and integration points;
- Ensure adherence to global design standards, governance frameworks, and best practices;
- Validate solution outputs during build, configuration, and testing phases;
- Support test scenario definition, review scripts, and validate SIT/UAT results;
- Participate in defect triage and ensure timely resolution;
- Support cutover planning, readiness validation, and go-live deployment;
- Provide post-implementation and hypercare support for smooth adoption and stable operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- Proven experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and IT implementation projects;
- Strong ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, coherent solutions;
- Solid knowledge of integration, configuration, and testing processes;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
