The Role
As demand for high-performance, cross-border connectivity continues to grow, euNetworks expands its European presence. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Account Director to join our European team in France or in Belgium, focusing on wholesale carriers and telecom resellers.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for both account management and new business development within the wholesale market. You’ll represent one of Europe’s most advanced fibre networks, delivering scalable, low-latency connectivity solutions across key routes and data centre hubs.
You’ll work closely with some of the most established names and fastest-growing players in the telecom sector, helping them access and resell high-capacity infrastructure services throughout Europe.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and grow strategic relationships with wholesale carriers and telecom resellers across Europe.
- Identify and win new business opportunities, positioning euNetworks’ long-haul and metro fibre services to support customer growth.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction, revenue retention, and opportunity development.
- Position our European network solutions — including high-capacity, low-latency routes and unique data centre connectivity offerings — to meet evolving customer needs.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Product, and Network Development to deliver tailored solutions.
- Track and manage pipeline activity using Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
- Attend and represent euNetworks at relevant industry events and forums across Europe.
What do we want from you?
- Proven track record in Sales or Pre-sales (at least 8 years) preferably with wholesale carriers or with Service integrators.
- Strong knowledge of the telecoms market, particularly within the carrier and reseller ecosystem.
- A track record of growing accounts and securing new logos in a competitive landscape.
- Ability to understand and position technical network solutions (e.g. wavelengths, dark fibre, Ethernet, IP transit) to a commercially savvy audience.
- Fluent in German and English, with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mindset — proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-border environment.
