About the Team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimise TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

As a project intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of high-priority initiatives across areas such as creator ecosystem growth, campaigns, user experience, process improvement, and market development.
- Analyse business, campaign, and creator performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of new campaign concepts, creator initiatives, and operational solutions that can improve engagement and business performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, creator operations, and data analytics, to align priorities, track milestones, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Support creator and partner-facing activities when needed, including outreach, follow-up, communication, and coordination.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, data science, marketing, communications, media or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both, to support creator communications and cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders based in Mainland China.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualisation platforms.
- Experience coordinating projects, managing multiple priorities, and working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised and detail-orientated, with the ability to structure work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative while collaborating across teams.
- Good understanding of TikTok and other short-form or livestream platforms, with a genuine interest in the creator economy and digital entertainment.
