Infosys is seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Principal Consultant with knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules. The selected candidate should be able to address user issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. The selected candidate will interact with customer process consultants and SME's, perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Location for this position is Anywhere in the USA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
- In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
- Demonstrated experience on PeopleTools development - PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, IB experience.
- 11 years of Information Technology experience.
- Working knowledge in PeopleSoft Finance - 2 or more modules of AP/PO/AR/BI/PC/CA/GL/AM/TR modules
- Strong data migration & carve-out extraction skills using SQL, DMS, ETL.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling using Workload automation tools (Autosys Preferred).
- Experience testing integrations with external and internal systems.
- Ability to redesign and separate integrations using Integration Broker.
- Solid Oracle/SQL database skills for cloning, tuning, backups, and data security.
- Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues.
- Good understanding of software engineering practices and support processes.
- Knowledge of integrations with HCM and Time and Labor functions.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and support processes
- Understanding of various business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work closely with customers.
- Experience in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / CO / D.C. / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / VA / WA: $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
