- Engage with prospects and customers during pre-sales phases to understand their business needs.
- Assist the Sales team in delivering tailored, high-impact product demonstrations showcasing RFgen’s mobile solutions.
- Recommend additional services or RFgen licenses to address key business issues.
- Consult with RFgen customers to document business requirements, develop functional and technical specifications used to customize core RFgen product and workflows.
- Influence solution design by providing insights during design sessions, translating requirements into workable business solutions.
- Provide insight and influence to senior management on integrating requirements with current systems and processes.
- Drive continuous process improvement through standardized tools, templates, and processes.
- Define test strategies, perform QA to validate ERP-integrated RFgen applications against customer requirements, and deliver customer training on RFgen functionalities and custom solutions.
- Guide Implementation Engineers in developing custom RFgen apps and implementing technical solutions.
- Support Project Managers with risk and issue identification, impact assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Engage in RFPs for vendor evaluation and provide strategic guidance on ERP (SAP) best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on mobile inventory management best practices.

- Base salary: $130K-165k per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing SAP-integrated solutions, preferably for supply chain, warehouse management, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules relevant to warehouse operations (e.g., SAP WM, EWM, IM, MM, SD).
- Understanding of SAP RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, or APIs for real-time data integration.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards, software development methodologies, and modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and software development life cycles.
- Proven facilitation, influence, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop business/technical requirements and write technical specifications.
- Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for product demonstrations, design sessions, trainings etc., typically less than 20%.
- ERP (SAP) Certifications in Inventory, Manufacturing or Warehouse Management modules are a plus.
- Experience with custom application development and integration projects.
- Experience with other ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Deltek are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of RFID, IoT, or advanced data collection technologies.
