Senior IT Systems Analyst

Location: MN-Rochester, 100% Remote

As a Senior IT Systems Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and business plans that ensure quality IT solutions and delivery
• Participate in interface and API implementation efforts across multiple initiatives
• Provide production support, issue investigation, and maintenance activities for existing integrations with Epic
• Collaborate with application, technical, and operational teams to deliver integration solutions
• Support testing, workflow analysis, and coordination of integration activities
• Assist in managing backlog items and maintaining service responsiveness
• Independently manage multiple large-scale IT internal business projects or single department-scale projects from inception to close including resource management risk identification and mitigation quality assurance and change control
• May serve as subject matter expert for requirements gathering for industry proposals
• Routinely interface with department committees and executive leadership and provide IT performance reports with strategic recommendations
• May serve as liaison for industry partnerships or as a representative for IT in national industry events
• Ensure communication between and among business proponents, stakeholders, and IT Leadership regarding assignments
• Lead or contribute to the improvement of established guidelines tools templates and methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years Technology or Business Administration experience
• Experience supporting healthcare interfaces (HL7), APIs, or enterprise system integrations engines (cloverleaf, ESB etc.)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and operational support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organization, problem solving, stakeholder, collaboration, and facilitation skills
• Required to have Epic Bridges certification and FHIR Badge
• Any other certification in Epic is a plus
• Demonstrate effective group facilitation, team building, and conflict resolution skills
• Must have broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes in order to make necessary decisions regarding hardware software or technology agreements
• Experience with committee and consensus driven organizations
• Experience in finance and project management
• Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes
• Strong understanding of financial concepts business process continuous improvement and organizational development
• Demonstrated mastery of all requirements detailed in the IT Systems Analyst job description

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $215,000 or the hourly equivalent.
