Agentic AI Solutions Architect at BairesDev
In this role, you'll shape the architectural foundation of a growing multi-agent AI platform, guiding how it evolves as it scales across multiple teams. Having designed and operated multi-agent systems in production, you'll bring judgment shaped by real systems that have already broken, not theoretical best practices. This is your opportunity to make the fundamental architectural calls, deciding when an agent, a classical model, or a simple deterministic pipeline is the right fit for each use case.
What You'll Do
- Own architectural review of the orchestration layer and agent boundary model.
- Guide the path from initial personas and a chat orchestrator to a large-scale multi-agent fleet.
- Design AWS Bedrock architecture, including Knowledge Base and model routing.
- Define agent evaluation harnesses and guardrails.
- Determine the right solution shape for each use case, whether agent, classical model, or deterministic pipeline.
- Establish cost and token governance across the agent fleet.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture.
- Strong expertise in LangGraph, with Python as the underlying language.
- Proven experience designing production multi-agent orchestration systems.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock architecture, including Knowledge Base and model routing.
- Background designing agent evaluation harnesses and guardrails.
- Experience with MCP and tool contract design.
- Experience with Kubernetes and EKS deployment topologies for agent workloads.
- Background establishing cost and token governance across an agent fleet.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience with LangFuse.
- Familiarity with Bifrost or LiteLLM.
- Experience with Strands.
- Familiarity with Terraform.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry.
- Background in spec-driven development (SDD) practices.
- Intermodal or logistics domain experience.
