The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Resource / Technical Architect to join our ICT team in Perth. This hands-on role will provide technical ownership across Warrikal's business application environment, leading application architecture, software development, enterprise integrations, system environments, releases, troubleshooting, and production support.

A key requirement of this position is demonstrated hands-on experience with the ELROI application.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership and direction across business applications and integrations.
• Lead the technical architecture, ongoing development, and optimisation of ELROI.
• Design, review, and support APIs, integrations, and system interfaces.
• Oversee application development, configuration, testing, and production environments.
• Support controlled releases, deployments, and production changes while maintaining system stability.
• Investigate and resolve complex application, performance, and integration issues.
• Review vendor-developed solutions, technical designs, and delivery estimates.
• Maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and development runbooks.

About You

• Eligible to work in Australia.
• Hold an Australian recognised qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with the ELROI application.
• Significant experience in software engineering, application development, and technical architecture.
• Strong enterprise application and solution architecture experience.
• Practical experience designing enterprise applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Experience supporting complex integrated business applications and environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working with third-party and offshore development teams.

• Middleware and enterprise integrations
• ERP, HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems
