About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center

The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Since May 2024, we have been operating as a separate company based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 100 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Logistics Architect to join Group IT, with a strong background in logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and supply chain execution.

In this role, you will act as the IT counterpart to business process owners, leading logistics initiatives across multiple countries and ensuring solutions are scalable, harmonized, and aligned with the overall application landscape.

You will combine solution architecture, functional leadership, and project delivery, playing a key role in SAP EWM and S/4HANA rollouts as well as continuous improvement of logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the logistics application landscape as technical owner, including SAP EWM, SAP WM, Transportation Management, and related logistics execution solutions, supporting roadmap activities, project delivery, backlog prioritization, service performance, and continuous optimization together with application and process owners.
• Take a key role in logistics projects for the design, implementation, rollout, and optimization of group-wide logistics processes and solutions across multiple countries, including SAP EWM rollout projects and S/4HANA logistics process rollout projects, working closely with project leads, process owners, business stakeholders, and local IT teams.
• Elicit and translate business needs with Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations teams into robust functional designs and user stories.
• Define functional and technical solution concepts for logistics processes, ensuring effective integration with SAP ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA, MDG, warehouse management, transportation management, and related logistics platforms.
• Design and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing warehouse management and logistics data requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and guide the design of technology solutions for SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud WM, ECC WM, Transportation Management, and end-to-end logistics operations.
• Coordinate and functionally guide logistics business analysts across EWM, WM, and Transportation Management, ensuring consistent solution design, delivery quality, and alignment with group standards, without direct people management responsibility.
• Present findings to leadership positions and document changes to functional and business specifications.
• Play a key role in testing, release management, rollout, and stabilization of new software or technology solutions, especially SAP EWM, SAP WM, Transportation Management, and logistics execution platforms.
• Create detailed reports and give presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with Application Maintenance Partners and Software Application Partners to ensure smooth operation, service continuity, incident resolution, and continuous optimization of logistics applications.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies as part of the application support and governance model.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in warehouse management, transportation management, logistics execution, automation, and SAP logistics solutions to ensure the company remains competitive.

Technical Skills

• 10+ years as an IT Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or IT Consultant, with strong experience in logistics, warehouse management, transportation management, or supply chain execution.
• Strong functional and architectural understanding of SAP EWM, SAP WM, Transportation Management, and cross-module integration with ERP and supply chain systems; hands-on configuration experience is beneficial but not the primary focus of the role.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including warehouse management, transport execution, inventory movements, logistics integration, and operational support models.
• Experience with warehouse execution, goods receipt, goods issue, stock movements, physical inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, transportation planning, and integration into end-to-end logistics processes.
• Exposure to inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, production supply, stock transfer, and logistics execution processes.
• Experience in designing cohesive logistics processes and data flows, with a focus on solution architecture, user engagement, platform adoption, process harmonization, and data quality.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and maintenance best practices.
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP environments related to warehouse management, logistics execution, transportation management, and supply chain.
• Certifications (preferred/advantage): SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, SAP Certified Application Associate – Warehouse Management, SAP Transportation Management, ITIL v4 Foundation.

• German and/or French language skills would be a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel to logistics centers, plants, warehouses, and project locations for workshops, design alignment, and go-lives (approx. 5%).
