Program Manager / Contract Implementation Manager North Africa (m/f/x)
Indexed description
Following the signing of a major contract with a North African customer, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Contract Implementation Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of this agreement. At the heart of the contract is the introduction and long-term fleet management of the G120TP. This is your chance to run a flagship international program, hands-on, close to the aircraft and close to the customer.
Your Mission
You own the contract implementation from day one, with a clear focus on getting the G120TP fleet into service and keeping it running. You lead an integrated project team across the company, act as the single point of contact for the customer, and make sure aircraft, spares, training and support are delivered on time, on quality, and on cost.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of the contract, with a strong focus on G120TP fleet introduction and lifecycle management
- Lead an integrated project team across engineering, production, logistics and customer support in a matrix organisation
- Plan and steer aircraft delivery, spares provisioning, training programs and support services against contractual milestones
- Act as the main interface to the customer and central coordinator within Grob for all fleet-related topics
- Coordinate and communicate between all internal and external parties involved, including the customer's operations and maintenance teams
- Track and report on fleet status, milestones, deliverables and contractual obligations
- Take responsibility for timeline, budget and quality across the full program
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project or program management, ideally with exposure to fleet management or aircraft entry-into-service programs
- Proven background in the aviation or defence industry (mandatory); experience with turboprop trainer aircraft or similar platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Profound knowledge of project tools (such as OpenProject, Microsoft Project, Jira) and project methods
- Comfortable juggling multiple topics simultaneously and managing various stakeholders internally and externally; confident engaging with C-level counterparts
- Languages: German and French fluent, both written and spoken (mandatory); English and Arabic are a strong advantage
- Team player attitude and a positive, hands-on mindset
- Willingness to travel, including regularly to the customer's region
