Senior Full-Stack Engineer

What We’re Looking For

Engineering Core: Solid background as a Senior Full Stack Engineer building and maintaining scalable enterprise software.Frontend Knowledge: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred). Working familiarity with inspecting and translating designs from Figma.Backend & CMS Knowledge: Strong backend capabilities (Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, or similar) and database experience.Teamwork & Growth: Comfortable taking direction from technical leadership while independently driving assigned tasks to completion.Process & Tools: Practical experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with tools like Jira, monday.com, and MS Teams.Qualifications4+ years of full-stack software development experience. Proven track record of shipping production-ready web applications in a collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Projects

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build, scale, and maintain high-impact web applications. Working directly under the guidance of our Full Stack Tech Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end feature development, write clean and scalable code, and help maintain high engineering standards across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Development: Own end-to-end full-stack feature delivery, building responsive frontend components (React/TypeScript) and integrated backend services (Adobe CMS, Node.js/Java, REST APIs).Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely under the Full Stack Lead to implement architectural decisions, execute sprint deliverables, and refine engineering workflows.Design & Workflow Integration: Translate Figma mockups and design specs into high-quality code, collaborating with the product team without needing advanced visual design skills.Agile Execution: Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinements using Jira, monday.com, and Microsoft Teams.Quality & Code Standards: Participate in peer code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure code aligns with security and WCAG accessibility guidelines. Exposure to Adobe CMS / AEM or another enterprise CMS is a plus, but not required if you have strong general web/CMS knowledge.
