Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & AI Team Lead to drive the development and execution of enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives. This role will lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, analysts, and technical specialists to deliver innovative data-driven solutions that support strategic business objectives, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with deep technical expertise in data analytics, machine learning, cloud technologies, and AI strategy. This individual will be responsible for advancing analytics maturity, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable data and AI solutions.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand data analytics and AI capabilities across the organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists, analysts, and technology professionals while promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Partner with business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and end users to evaluate business processes, gather requirements, identify gaps, and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives by aligning data, analytics, and AI strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead the development, refinement, and execution of data and AI roadmaps that support business priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value analytics and AI use cases.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI, computer vision, predictive analytics, and digital twin solutions.
  • Communicate analytical insights, business recommendations, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data management to inform future strategy.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, analytics operations, and AI implementation.

Education

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing complex analytics or AI initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable data and technology solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Power BI or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of large-scale data architectures, data engineering practices, and modern analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in artificial intelligence, data strategy, cloud technologies, or digital transformation.
  • Experience implementing enterprise data platforms, governance frameworks, and analytics operating models.
  • Demonstrated success leading organization-wide AI adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, automation solutions, and advanced analytics methodologies.
