- Seeking an experienced Associate with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Java Microservices architecture to lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust solutions
- Design and develop scalable Java Microservices based applications following best architectural practices Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement microservices architecture and integration patterns Drive the adoption of microservices principles to improve scalability maintainability and performance Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to support microservices architecture Ensure high availability security and reliability of microservices in production environments Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java Microservices and related architecture domains
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of Java Microservices solutions aligned with business goals
- Define technical standards guidelines and policies for microservices development and deployment
- Collaborate with product owners business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of microservices projects ensuring quality and timely execution
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt within microservices ecosystems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in microservices design deployment and monitoring
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and junior developers
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops on Java Microservices architecture within the organization
