Intermediate Lighting Designer – London (Hybrid)£32,000 – £35,000 + benefits

If you’re a lighting designer who thrives on variety, collaboration, and seeing your work come to life, this role might be your next step.

You’ll join a well-established retail design team working on everything from high-street stores and supermarkets to car showrooms, hospitality venues, and leisure spaces. Expect hands-on involvement: site visits, concept development, lighting calculations, and guiding projects through to final commissioning.

You’ll shine in this role if you have:

• 5+ years’ experience with a lighting manufacturer
• Strong skills in Dialux Evo, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (Revit is a plus)
• Confidence working with clients and internal teams
• A passion for delivering high-quality, commercially aware lighting solutions
