  • Guidewire Configuration & Integration
  • Integration Architecture Implementation
  • Guidewire Cloud / GW Studio / EDGE APIs
  • P&C Insurance domain knowledge (Home/Hogar line preferred)
  • Stakeholder management & team leadership (SME role)
  • Nice-to-have skills:
  • Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) certification
  • Guidewire ACE / Specialist certifications (PC/BC/CC Config or Integration)
  • Experience with Santa Lucía or Spanish insurance carriers
  • Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure
  • Agile/Scrum, SAFe methodologies
  • Data migration tools & ETL
  • Mentoring / team lead experience
