The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Technical BA with strong Core Banking experience, capable of understanding IT system architectures, end-to-end application flows and data models. The ideal candidate combines hands-on SQL skills, a solid understanding of integration patterns and data flows, and a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical application within transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse and formalise business needs related to Core Banking transformation.
• Translate business requirements into functional and high-level technical specifications.
• Define and design solutions together with SMEs, service owners and technology teams.
• Support transformation initiatives across transaction processing, accounting transformation and batch optimisation.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, procedures and technology standards.
• Assess impacts across business processes, systems, data and integrations.
• Prepare high-level development effort estimates.
• Present analysis, specifications and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
• Identify practical opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies within banking and IT transformation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in banking, banking technology or banking software.
• Strong experience with IT delivery and transformation programmes.
• Proven knowledge of Core Banking platforms and landscapes.
• Strong understanding of operational processes within Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of IT system architectures, application flows, integrations and data models.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, SMEs, service owners and technology teams.
• Experience or practical exposure to AI / Generative AI.
• SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical, structured and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating onshore/offshore teams.
• Autonomous, client-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of complex topics.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
• Mandatory Swiss Residence.
