- Partner with business mentors and IT teams to deliver value-driven solutions, while mentoring and developing internal talent.
- Analyse business requirements and design scalable solutions across Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
- Configure, build and deploy platform solutions using declarative tools and targeted custom development
- Own solution architecture, documentation, governance and release management
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, sprint planning and solution demos
- Provide technical leadership to offshore delivery partners and conduct peer reviews
- Identify technical debt and contribute to platform health and AI roadmaps
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering or a related discipline
- Salesforce, ServiceNow and/or Workday certifications (preferred)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- 5+ years’ hands‑on delivery experience across two or more of Salesforce, ServiceNow or Workday
- Strong understanding of platform-specific data models, security and configuration tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and context‑switch within a complex delivery portfolio
- Experience working with offshore partners in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within enterprise platforms (desirable)
