The Company

Robert Half are partnering with a high-growth financial services organisation seeking an experienced Solution Architect to help shape its technology strategy and architecture, with a key focus on designing scalable solutions that support the organisation's continued growth.

The Role

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation projects including system consolidation, application migration, and cloud adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, providing strategic insights on emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
• Lead the design and delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and AWS, with a strong focus on scalability, security and resilience.
• Architect Azure Landing Zone environments and support the organisation's transition from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based platforms.
• Design and oversee complex infrastructure solutions spanning cloud, networking, Active Directory and hybrid on-premises environments.

Your Profile

• 8+ years as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in cloud, infrastructure, and applications.
• Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs, particularly system migrations and consolidations.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns, and legacy-to-cloud transitions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• A strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to balancing business needs, risks, and technical feasibility.

Desirable

• Experience in financial services.
• Certifications in Azure Solutions Architect .
