Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) Consultant with 10–12 years of expertise in SAP FICA/PSCD/TRM to lead large-scale implementations, upgrades, and AMS engagements. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of tax and revenue processes, particularly in areas such as corporate taxation, and will play a key role in driving solution design and business transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will engage with senior stakeholders to understand complex business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and lead project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. You will also be responsible for ensuring alignment between business processes and SAP capabilities while driving best practices and innovation.

Key Skills

• Extensive experience in SAP FICA / PSCD / TRM modules
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and AMS support
• Strong understanding of tax and revenue management processes, including corporate tax
• Expertise in solution design, configuration, and process optimization
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations and integration landscapes
• Strong knowledge of data migration strategies and tools
• Ability to prepare and review functional specifications and solution designs
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Leadership experience in mentoring teams and managing deliverables

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP TRM/FICA/PSCD solution design, architecture, and implementation initiatives
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment
• Engage with business stakeholders and leadership to understand requirements and provide strategic solutions
• Oversee system configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead implementations, upgrades, and AMS support engagements
• Ensure alignment of tax and revenue processes with SAP solutions
• Define and govern data migration, validation, and reconciliation strategies
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and functional leads
• Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and proposal development
• Manage project risks, timelines, and delivery quality
