CRM Integration Architect

Our client committed to digital transformation and customer engagement modernization, is seeking a CRM Integration Architect to join their team. As a CRM Integration Architect, you will be part of the enterprise solutions team supporting large-scale digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CRM Integration Architect

Location: Madison WI - Initial onsite presence required for onboarding; flexible hybrid/remote arrangement thereafter. starting. Initial onsite presence is requested.

Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension

Pay Range: $62 - $65 / hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across various clouds and custom solutions.
• Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives, integration architecture, and enterprise data exchange strategies.
• Design and optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and omnichannel workflows.
• Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
• Provide architectural oversight for CI/CD, DevSecOps, deployment governance, and environment management.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform architecture and development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Integration Patterns, and Security Model.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, APIs, RAML, DataWeave, and integration orchestration.
• Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
