Work you'll do
As a Manager at Deloitte, you will lead an onshore functional team in delivering Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. You will demonstrate Oracle Field Service expertise and serve as a primary client contact to facilitate requirement gathering/clarifications, build personas and process flows, guide backlog grooming, solution designs, and articulate business during sprint demo/feature demos.

Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with a minimum of 6 years relevant consulting in Oracle Field Service operations.
- 3+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience with cloud transformation, application modernization, or platform implementation programs
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methods
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum certification
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
