YOUR ROLE

Key Responsabilities:

Architecture & Solution Design

Define end-to-end solutions in Salesforce OMS, translating business requirements into scalable architectures and covering the full order lifecycle (capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and returns).

Salesforce OMS Implementation

Configure and implement OMS functionalities (order orchestration, fulfillment, inventory management), prioritizing standard features and using custom development (Apex, Flows) when needed.

Integration & System Design

Design integrations with external systems (ERP, WMS, payment gateways, logistics), including APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architectures.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance across implementations, conduct design and code reviews, and mentor teams to ensure best practices and standards.

Performance & Scalability

Build robust solutions capable of handling high order volumes, ensuring system efficiency, reliability, and optimized performance.

Collaboration, Governance & Best Practices

Work with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, define standards and documentation, and ensure compliance with security, governance, and Salesforce platform limits.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 8+ years of experience in IT, including 3–5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles;
• Proven experience in implementing Salesforce Order Management (OMS/SOM);
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud;
• Technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows;
• Hands-on experience with integration patterns and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);
• Experience in order lifecycle management and commerce ecosystems;
• Solid understanding of data modeling and system architecture.
