Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and enforce SCADA project execution plans, from sales to commissioning
- Own project timelines, deliverables, invoicing milestones, and closure
- Maintain daily client communication and ensure timely follow-up on requests
- Adopt and enforce company processes and project/task management tools
- Collaborate with clients to define and clarify scope, deliverables, and milestones
- Maintain and update project plans, with a focus on billing and timelines
- Work closely with technical managers, engineers, subcontractors, and regional stakeholders
- Plan and monitor internal workflows and resource allocations
- Oversee handoffs to support teams and evaluate project outcomes
- Define scope of work, develop statements of work, task breakdowns, and milestone plans
- Coordinate comprehensive and accurate project documentation
- Participate in coordination meetings, presenting status updates and resolving issues
- Identify project risks, assumptions, and constraints, and develop mitigation plans
- Identify and manage out-of-scope tasks, and lead change order execution
- Ensure quality assurance across all project deliverables
- Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards when teams are onsite
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Automation, or Power Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role
- Background in renewable energy, power systems, or SCADA integration
- Deep understanding of power grids and renewable infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex project portfolios
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with formal methodologies
- Hands-on experience delivering projects on time and within scope
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Google Workspace tools
- Comfortable interfacing with various levels of client engineering and leadership teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
