We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to join our client's Technology & Information Architectures team, supporting a strategic initiative in the insurance sector.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end integration architecture, translating complex business processes into scalable technology solutions while acting as the subject matter expert across multiple delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting and delivering robust end-to-end integration solutions for large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Driving client and stakeholder discussions to capture integration requirements and map business processes to supporting applications.
• Selecting appropriate integration technology components, communication patterns, and data entities.
• Leading cross-team collaboration, making key architectural decisions, and solving complex technical challenges across distributed teams.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and integration patterns to improve overall system interoperability and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating as an Integration Architect or Lead System Architect within enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong consultant mindset: Ability to lead client discussions, explain architectural trade-offs, and guide non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Low-Code Application Development, API Design, and system interoperability.
• Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to manage team decisions and foster knowledge sharing.

Must-Haves:

• Expert-level Pega Architecture proficiency (P4 - Expert) with Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (or certified Senior System Architects ready to operate at this level).
• Hands-on mastery of the Pega Platform, API design, and modern enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English for daily cross-team and client engagement.

Location & Working Setup:

• 100% Remote working model (Luthuania/Latvia).
