Lead System Architect (Pega mandatory)

Our client is a company in the insurance sector providing a wide range of insurance products and services across multiple markets, looking for a Lead System Architect (PEGA) to join their Technology & Information Architectures team.

Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Pega Architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Low Code Application Development, API Design, and the Pega Platform is preferred.
• Proven experience architecting end-to-end integration solutions and translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Subject matter expertise with the ability to lead and manage a team, take responsibility for team decisions, and engage effectively across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical skills, able to solve complex integration challenges that span multiple teams and improve system interoperability and performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Architect the integration solution – As Integration Architect, take responsibility for architecting an end-to-end integration solution, mapping business processes to support applications, defining data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture.
• Lead client discussions – Drive client discussions to define integration requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Set integration strategy – Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies that align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Partner with stakeholders – Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement – Evaluate emerging technologies and integration patterns to continuously improve architecture and delivery.
• Guide the team – Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment, while contributing to key decisions across the wider team.
