Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud & Solution Architecture

• Design scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into end-to-end solution architecture, technical designs and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies, with a strong focus on Alibaba Cloud and other public cloud platforms.
• Lead technical discussions, solution workshops and Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives.

AI & Digital Solutions

• Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions using cloud technologies to support business and manufacturing transformation.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities across LLM, AI, Machine Learning, IoT and Smart Manufacturing.
• Work with IT, business teams and technology partners to integrate cloud and AI solutions into existing systems.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver projects.
• Present solution proposals, recommendations and project updates to management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Consulting or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud; experience with Tencent Cloud is also welcomed.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, system integration, APIs and enterprise solutions.
• Experience in AI/GenAI, LLM or data solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing / Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory is an added advantage.
